Turnaround: Multi-National Healthcare Corp. (German Subsidiary), Long Beach, CA Chairman/CEO: Turnaround of $1/4 Billion multi-national. 100% earnings growth, creation of new management team and effective lobbying.

Turnaround: Technology/Electronics Manufacturer, Rockford, IL President/CEO: Turnaround of $200 Million German technology subsidiary. Substantial earnings increase within 1 year, then profitable break-up and sale.

Growth: Global non-profit entrepreneurship teaching organization, Springfield, MO. Regional Vice President and Managing Director Asia. Start-up of three new countries and creation of strong relationships with Boards and CEOs of more than a hundred leading firms in Asia. Highly effective fundraising techniques.

Closure: Multi-National Energy Business, New Zealand Internal Liquidator: Assessment of firm's viability as going concern, recommendation to cease trading and voluntary liquidation with negotiated satisfaction of all creditors. Asset sale with substantial pay-outs.
